R&R Coatings was started in 1994 by Father & Son, George L. Ralph Jr. and George L Ralph III. Through our growth as a leading industrial and commercial coatings firm we bring over 30 years of management / field supervisory experience to our customers. It is through extensive market awareness and training we have the ability to offer something more than our competitors, the ability to meet their needs.
R&R Coatings, Inc. is steadily becoming known for quality craftsmanship and competitive pricing. We strive to continuously develop skilled professionals in the painting industry. It is with extensive knowledge of the coatings industry and continuous improvement of our people and practices that we will realize our vision of becoming Delmarva’s leader in the paint contracting business. Good: R&R Coatings realizes that good is only the starting point in the quest for excellence. Therefore it is imperative that our employees bring a good attitude to work everyday. If we fail in this process, employees are asked to leave and may only return when their minds are focused and have a Good attitude.
